Our Customer Care Specialists are available Monday-Friday from 12:00 pm. to 9:00 p.m. EST to assist you with this process. While each situation is unique, we ask that you return the unsatisfactory item to our Returns department, especially if there is a quality issue. Please

How long will it take to my refund?
Refunds are issued to your credit card as soon as your return is processed. Credits may take one billing cycle to post to your account. We apologize for not being able to refund shipping costs. (Do take advantage of our free everyday shipping on orders of $75 or more.
